A very solid French library album on the excellent series Chappell Dance & Mood Music. This obscure group, Les Prospection, is in fact an alias for Bernard Lubat, Mat Camison, Pierre-Alain Dahan and Sylvano Santorio, some of the best library musicians at that time. Includes “Lido”, a cool spacey fusion jazz track, “Casing” an exotic electro jazz, “Back West” a great track with super hammond organ which will perfectly suit a 60s spy movie, “Yellow Matching” a more erotic one that directly reminds of Serge Gainsbourg, with great flute all over, and “Sendely” a funky, groovy hammond organ tune in the Mohawks style. It also includes four short solo samples (drums, trumpet, tenor sax, piano) ripe for sampling ! Vinyl has light marks, cover is used.
