Ah…another joke by Jean Yanne ! This is the cult score for the movie that he shot himself in the beginning of the 80’s… It takes place in the Ancient Rome ; I remember having seen this while I was a kid. Since,  “Homosexualis discotecus” has become a gay (and non-gay) disco anthem. “Aerobic Connection” has some funky electro intentions and “Jouez transistors, résonnez cassettes” is what we may call “French reggae”, with Yann’s funny words. Guess what, the funkyness on this record is provided by bass player Yannick Top and his crew.
