Description

Spanish composer Alberto Nuñez Palacio took the alias Albert Peter to release three albums for the series “Musica Para la Noche”. This item we offer here is the rare triple LP issue, including all the titles from the series : “El Hechizo de Bangkok”, “El Duende de Jamaica” and “Encuentros en Rio”. The first mentioned is probably the best of them, and sounds like library music or a 70’s soundtrack that would take place in South East Asia. Exotic and funky sounds on “Volando en el Fumadero”, “Mujeres Humo Y Alcohol, Junto al Canal”, “Mediodia en el Mercado”, or “Camino Hacia el Placer”. The second one, supposed to happen in the Caribbean, also has an exotic and funky disco ambiance (electroid disco sounds à la Giorgio Moroder) on “Juegos Peligrosos”, “Vertigo en la Discoteca”, “Ceremonia de Iniciacion”, “Muelle, Coco y Canela” or “Rito Vudu”. The third one has funky and Brazilian sounds. Great shape !
