Wow ! Very strange project, the kind of things we only did in the 70’s here… Music teacher Marie-Claude Clerval recorded this double album in order to open very young children to a wide range of sounds and instruments. One disc is mainly folk and world music, the other one is totally different : progressive jazz with electronics and an avant garde / experimental feel. Clerval plays with the opposition in the sound on “Agressif / doux”, “Synthèse acceleration / ralentissement”, “Relaxation”, the afro latin “Simple / compliqué” and the groovy spacy “Alternance FFPP”.
