Description

Wow ! A masterpiece ! Released on the cult label Pierre Cardin, this strange pop concept went out of the mad brain of Eric Demarsan, here hidden behind the pseudonyme Jason Havelock. Demarsan also worked for Michel Magne and François de Roubaix as arranger, and this project has nothing to envy to the best works of these two composers. You may know the fabulous track “The Fusion”, heavy downtempo groove à la David Axelrod. Tracks include “The Lift of the Stone”, “Meeting”, “Waiting”, “Joining”, “The Impossibility” and “The Victory of the Stone”. The whole album is really solid, and comes within a superb gatefold sleeve designed by Pierre Cardin. A must ! The vinyl is shiny but there’s a light background noise sometimes, maybe a pressing default.
