Description

Wow ! JP Sabar played organ on “Sexopolis” (“Le mariage collectif” by Jean-Pierre Mirouze) or with Serge Gainsbourg and Jane Birkin, and arranged a few of their albums. A few people know he also recorded an album for library music called “Folk Celebrations”, on Bagatelle. The French library is a rare record, but nothing compares to the Finnish pressing that is offered here. “Vai vai” of course, with its latin beat and sublime female chorus. Other tracks are : “Allegro quatro”, “Irish Pipes”, “Ha muerto el rey”, “Hebra fiesta”, “Bloody Sunday”, “Cuban renovacion”, “Byzantines”, “Mamaïa”, “Tapis percant”, “Hongos y charengos” and “Pygmy Song”.
