Description
Dope funky jazz album by this legendary organist. “St Cyprien” is a funk tune heavily influenced by Herbie Hancock & his Headhunters, “Canon” has a West Indian groovy jazz feeling (think Marius Cultier), and “Insomnie” is a long mid tempo organ groove with killer LOOPs intro. This album is almost the same as “Histoire sans parole” released one year after in France, but there are two great tracks called “Vanessa” and “Too Late Mr Jo” (with heavy breaks) replacing “Sagitaire” and “Capricorne”. Cover is used but the back is signed by Eddy Louiss himself (can provide pics), disc is in great shape.
