Original Greek soundtracks are terribly hard to find ! And “Girls In the Sun” is surely one of the most beautiful ! It has a subtle mediterranean jazz and groove sound, with female vocals on three tracks. Sometimes it also has a light psych groove feel with cool breaks (on “Walking In Athens”). Tracks are “Parting”, “First Acquaintance”, “Summer”, “Sunset”, “Clouds In Their Love”, “Annabelle”, “Looking for You”, “In Athens”, “Misunderstanding”, “Come to Me”, “Walking In Athens”, “Before the End” and “Remembering”. Very nice work by Stavros Xarhakos, well known for his “Kromata” and “Hellispontus” albums ! Disc is super, except two very light superficial marks, back cover has a signature and a date, 1969. First issue.
